Have you ever heard of the Christian Terrell?

If you haven’t, he’s a 6’2” high schooler with some serious hops, and he may have had the poster dunk of the year earlier today in a summer league.

Check out the video after the jump.

While the Oregon Ducks football program is getting hit with NCAA probation, many are asking where is Chip Kelly?

The former Ducks coach, Chip Kelly,  is currently sitting in Philadelphia collecting on the first of a five-year, $32.5 million contract as the Philadelphia Eagles’ new head coach.

On the other side of the country, Oregon was just hit with three-year probation for recruiting violations committed by–ta-da!–Kelly. Read the rest of this entry »

There will be something missing when the green flag drops on Saturday night at Kentucky Speedway. Something that has been in every race since 1978 at Ontario Motor Speedway. Something that might not be noticed by every NASCAR fan that watches on Saturday night. Something that the sport was built on.

That something is a Labonte.

Bobby Labonte, whose 704 race streak will come to an end on Saturday night, is not on the entry list for the Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway. Instead, AJ Allmendinger, who competed for JTG Daugherty Racing two weeks ago at Michigan, is in the No. 47.

Labonte confirmed the decision during a Tuesday afternoon chat session on the JTG Daugherty Racing website. Read the rest of this entry »

Curry Family

This is the first ever WAGs/MILFs Wednesday.  This week we feature one of the hottest Basketball wives/moms on the planet, Sonya Curry.  As a Duke basketball fan, I’m genuinely upset that Seth is graduating and Sonya won’t be at the Blue Devil games anymore.  The camera man had a knack for finding momma Curry approximately 5-10 times per game.  Check out a photo gallery of this week’s WAG/MILF, Dell Curry’s wife and Seth & Steph Curry’s mom, Sonya Curry: Read the rest of this entry »

A lot of controversy has been made over Washington Wizards’ guard John Wall’s new tattoos. (see the picture of his new tats after the jump)

I read an article before on USA Today that pretty much said that the Wizards shouldn’t resign John Wall to big money because the organization can’t trust him based off his new tattoos.

Really? You can’t trust a guy because he has some questionable tattoos now? Let me show you why that is just ridiculous.

NBA Mock Draft 2.0

June 25, 2013 by

NBA_Draft_2013

1. Cleveland Cavaliers: Alex Len – C/Maryland

The Cavs need a big, and Len has the most upside of any center in this year’s draft.

2. Orlando Magic: Ben McLemore – SG/Kansas

The Magic need scorers, and McLemore’s combination of athleticism and 3-point shooting make him the perfect fit in Orlando.

3. Washington Wizards: Otto Porter – SF/Georgetown

The Wizards have a glaring hole at the small forward position, and Porter’s skill set fits perfectly into their system.

The Avengers

Marvel’s The Avengers was one of the biggest box office hits of all time.  If you didn’t enjoy the scene where The Incredible Hulk threw Loki around like a rag-doll, you have no soul.  I watched the movie for about the 4th time this past weekend and thought to myself, “which professional athletes would best represent The Avengers?”   Read the rest of this entry »
