KIM KARDASHIAN and Kanye West Out Dinner

It’s a true love story really. Girl meets boy, girl marries boy, girl divorces boy, girl meets another singing boy, girl has sex with boy on camera, girl gets famous and leaves boy, girl exploits her family for millions on television and marries a basketball playing boy,  girl divorces boy after 72 days, girl meets a rapping boy who loves attention as much as she does, girl has boys baby, and then girl gets engaged in a lavish ceremony that costs more than my car. I’m surprised Disney hasn’t picked this one up for the next princess yet. Honestly, no one is more perfect for each other than Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, let’s be real. Which is why a prenup naturally followed directly behind a ridiculous proposal. Check out the video from TMZ next:

CAROLINA PANTHERS VS. INDIANAPOLIS COLTSFor the past two weeks, things between Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay and Denver Broncos quarterback, Peyton Manning, have been awkward.

Many thought things were finally calmed down after the two teams met on Sunday Night Football, which ended with the Colts giving the Broncos their first loss of the season. However, it looks like there’s a new chapter in this crazy feud in which Manning isn’t taking part in.

291575To say Denny Hamlin has had a rough 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season is an understatement, as since returning from a back injury he sustained at California Speedway in March, the driver of the No. 11 FedEx Toyota Camry has struggled.

He captured a top 10 at Charlotte just weeks ago, his first since Pocono in June and may thought that was the start of a run. Well, at Talladega last week his engine blew.

Hamlin and the No. 11 crew can forget all about last week’s troubles and focus on Martinsville Speedway, were they will start on the Coors Light Pole for the Goody’s Headache Relief Shot 500 on Sunday afternoon.  Read the rest of this entry »

1381633908000-USP-NASCAR-Bank-of-America-500-001The NFL, NHL, MLB, numerous colleges and high schools do it, now you can add NASCAR to the list of sports doing ImPACT testing. ImPACT stands for Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing.

NASCAR announced on Thursday that it would mandate baseline concussion testing for all three national series’ before the 2013 season after drivers from all three of NASCAR’s touring series’ met.

The baseline test will be REQUIRED prior to the start of the season in order to measure it against another result in case a driver is involved in a crash. The comparison will be one of several factors that doctors use to diagnose and treat concussions.  Read the rest of this entry »

Alex Morgan gets a ton more exposure, but fellow USWNT forward Sydney Leroux just might be the hottest player on the team.  She first caught my eye in the ESPN The Body Issue, and is a must-follow on twitter (@sydneyleroux).  The pictures in this gallery speak for themselves.  Check out a slideshow of a few photos of this week’s Total Sports Babe, Sydney Leroux: Read the rest of this entry »

1382670488000-USP-MLB-World-Series-St-Louis-Cardinals-at-Bosto-029An atmosphere of celebration began to permeate throughout Fenway Park on Thursday night, as David Ortiz hit yet another home run, but that wasn’t enough for the Red Sox to beat the St. Louis Cardinals.

A pair of Red Sox postseason strengths faltered in one half-inning, setting into motion a 4-2 Cardinals victory that transformed a potential 2-0 lead in the World Series into a 1-1 tie as the two teams head to St. Louis.

Michael Wacha continued his October domination, even with Ortiz’s home run, to improve to 4-0. Pretty impressive for any pitcher, let alone a 22-year old rookie.

Last week, yours truly got invited to a Jabra event promoting the company’s Revo wireless headphones and Solemate speakers at PIPS in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It was a well put together event complete with free booze and activities like ping pong and flip cup. Actually, I roasted the Jabra representative there in a game of ping pong. Let’s be real. Really did you think she’d be a match for me when you put a paddle in my hand? DJ All-En1 spun some tunes on the 1s and 2s during the evening that flipped back and forth between modern hip hop and R & B as well as some classics. The nicest touch of the whole event was the fact that The Bushwick Collective was there to customize people’s speakers or headphones. I had Zimad graf up my Revo headphones and I will say that I was extremely pleased. Overall, it was an entertaining party…..but does the product hold up? Read the rest of this entry »

Last night’s Bulls/Thunder game may have been preseason basketball, but there was nothing “preseason” about Derrick Rose’s killer crossover on Reggie Jackson.

We haven’t seen Rose play in a regular season game in over a year, but from the looks of it, he hasn’t lost a step.

Just ask OKC’s Reggie Jackson is Rose is back to full strength. Check out this video of Rose’s first killer crossover of the 2013-2014 season. Read the rest of this entry »

1382577156002-USP-MLB-World-Series-St-Louis-Cardinals-at-Bosto-006The water is dirty tonight in Boston as the Red Sox beat the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 1 of the 2013 World Series.

The matchup, which was billed as a matchup between baseball’s two best teams, was not even close.

The Red Sox took advantage of uncharacteristically sloppy plays by the Cardinals and routed them 8-1. The Cardinals committed three errors among other defensive misadventures, while the Red Sox showcased their relentlessness.  Read the rest of this entry »
