Luis Suarez Face Mask Hannibal

About a year ago, Luis Suarez tried to bite a chunk out of Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic, and was suspended 10 games for his actions.  Despite missing the first 4 games of the season due to said suspension, Suarez scored 30 goals and dropped 12 dimes in 31 appearances for Liverpool on his way to capturing the Professional Footballers’ Association Players’ Player of the Year for 2013-14. Nathan MacKinnon

18-year-old Nathan MacKinnon scored the game winning goal at 3:27 overtime for the Colorado Avalanche, to give them a 3-2 series lead over the Minnesota Wild in the Western Conference Quarterfinals. MacKinnon and his teammates held the puck inside the blueline along the wall and allowed the counterattack to happen. With defenders draped all over MacKinnon, he somehow got off a quick shot from the slot that beat Wild goaltender Darcy Kuemper, high and to the glove side.

Jon Jones is pound for pound the best fighter in the UFC. Tonight at UFC 172, former Baltimore Ravens great Ray Lewis, was in attendance. When Jon Jones started to make his way to the octagon from his dressing room, Jones paid homage to Lewis by doing his own version of Lewis’ famous dance that he always did during pre-game introductions.

Luke Rockhold made Tim Boetsch tap-out at 2:08 of the first round at UFC 172 with an incredible kimura/reverse triangle combination.  This was one crazy submission hold that Rockhold was able to slap on.

In the first round at UFC 172, Jim Miller guillotine choked out Yancy Medeiros to score the victory.  Miller hit Medeiros with a tremendous left to the midsection that clearly hurt him.  Miller went right back at Medieros, and took him down, then choked out Medieros after a long battle.

In the third round of the first fight at UFC 172, Max Holloway tagged Andrew Fili with a bunch of punches and as Fili tried to take him down, Holloway slapped a sick guillotine choke hold on and it was lights out.

MTV Challenge Free Agents JAsmine Stripping

What would an episode of MTV’s The Challenge: Free Agents be without a bit of booze and a bit of sexual escapades? “The Thumbsucker” started out with Cohutta and Nany getting “engaged” with a bachelor and bachelorette party breaking out. As expected, Jasmine, the self-proclaimed whore of the house, dressed in a school girl outfit and was pole dancing on top of the kitchen counter.

TSB Radio: Episode # 40

Join Earl (@EarlTSB), Jon (@JonPresser), and Matt (@DailyStache) as they talk about the world of sports.  Last night they lead off  about New York Yankees pitcher Michael Pineda getting caught with pine tar on his neck and getting ejected. As always, the New York Mets were touched upon as well.  The NHL playoffs have been great so far, to they talked a little New York Rangers, as well as the Brooklyn Nets, and the NBA Playoffs. The NFL schedules were released last night and the guys give their take on some of the matchups.

In epic fashion, the Pittsburgh Penguins lost game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals to the Columbus Blue Jackets by allowing three unanswered goals, and then one in overtime.

Nick Foligno scored with 17:11 left in the first overtime to tie the series up at two games each.  Leading 3-0 midway through the first period, Marc-André Fleury did Marc-André Fleury type things and single handedly cost his team the game.
