The Quip electric toothbrush brings some class to your bathroom sink, but don’t ditch your Sonicare if you’re looking for the best teeth cleaning experience.  With that said, I love the Quip’s stylish, minimalist, compact look.  It looks infinitely better sitting on my bathroom sink compared to my Sonicare and its bulky charger.  The Quip is the ideal electric toothbrush for those who travel frequently, as the holder doubles as a travel cap.  I was worried about the battery dying before I got my next toothbrush head, but the people at Quip assured me it will last until my replacement arrives 3 months from now.  If you’re looking for a stylish, compact electric toothbrush, this is it.

On a last-minute invitation this past Friday, I went to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens with my neighbor and a few of his friends.  I’ve seen the original 3 films a couple of times, but never saw any of the additional 3 films in their entirety.  I’m not a Star Wars fan, or a Trekkie for that matter, but I feel like I’d weigh in on the box office record shattering film. (CAUTION: THIS ARTICLE WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM HERE ON OUT)

Star Wars; The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Last night, a moment building for 10 years finally came, and without giving too much…or anything away. I loved it.

Now it’s hard to really write a full review, but I stayed away from the Hollywood reviews in fear of even the smallest detail slipping out. My only comment is that the movie was made the right way. I will, however, go into detail of the experience, because it was nothing short of electric. Read the rest of this entry »

I got to see “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” last night. But will the force stay woke? We’ll find out.  I am not a huge Star Wars fan but mostly enjoyed the first trilogy of movies, the second trilogy mostly hurt my eyes and ears.  Within ten minutes of watching the new movie it already had enough quality stuff in it to surpass the prequels.  The prequels being “Phantom Menace”, “Attack Of The Clones” and “Revenge Of The Sith” in case you’re scoring at home.

Been a while so I thought I’d drop my newest videos here.  First off we have “Cats” by ROTFL and Lil Jon Baba. It’s a parody of the song “Shots” by LMFAO and Lil Jon.  If you’re unfamiliar with the song then you might hate this video. If you are familiar with the song then you still might hate the video but check it out anyway. It’s also great if you’re a big fan of internet cats because cats are the wave of the future.

Conor McGregor KO’d Jose Aldo Jr. in 13 seconds to win the UFC Featherweight Championship at UFC 194. McGregor’s first punch landed on the chin of Aldo and that was all she wrote. As McGregor connected with the monster left hand, Aldo also rocked McGregor with a right. Luckily for McGregor, he was able to withstand Aldo’s punch. All I can say is WOW. Check out the KO after the jump.

Aaron Hernandez

According to multiple sources, ex-New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez was moved to a segregated unit in prison after a shiv was found in his jail cell.  This is is the latest incident in an ongoing string of inmate misconduct involving the former NFL star.  The dude is literally living out every jail movie or TV show ever. You’ve probably seen the ESPN commercial featuring a Latvian rap song repping the Knicks’ rookie phenom (I’m completely on board) Kristaps Porzingis.  The entire song is fire.  I understand nothing except “Kristaps Porzingis” in the entire song, but it’s currently in heavy rotation in my iTunes or Apple Music or whatever the kids are calling it these days.  Peep the commercial and the full song after the jump. I don’t have sound on my computer but I can only assume R. Kelly’s “I Believe I Can Fly” is playing in the background of this Kerwin Roach throwdown.  Check the video after the jump.  Good lord. Read the rest of this entry »

Remember that video of just about everyone in the state of Kentucky standing up and saying they were declaring for the NBA Draft in 2015?  You won’t see anything similar this year.  The NCAA Men’s 2015-2016 talent pool is lacking, and it’s apparent with the parity we’re seeing in college basketball right now.
