Carl’s still alive. Unfortunately.
This post might be morbid as fuck, but I’m writing it anyway. It’s generally not polite to cheer for people to die, but in AMC’s The Walking Dead, some characters deserve to get got. Carl’s one of them, and we had a close call, but unfortunately the little scamp is still alive and kicking. These are the top 5 most satisfying The Walking Dead deaths, in chronological order.

The 2016 European Championship gets underway on June 10th and England will fancy their chances of reaching the latter stages of a major tournament for the first time since reaching the semi-finals in the 1996 edition on home soil. This summer, Roy Hodgson will have the unenviable task of selecting the 23-man squad for the competition and there are a number of players that MUST be on the plane to France.
Mark Noble is one of those players. The West Ham star has been incredible at the heart of their midfield this season and is fully deserving of a place in the England squad. While Dimitri Payet has continued to steal the limelight, Noble has gone about his work in an industrial, effective manner and England could do much worse than to include the Hammers captain in the squad for this summer’s competition. Some people are getting sick of AMC’s The Walking Dead. My wife says it’s the same shit every episode, and even though she’s probably right, I still enjoy it. With Season 6 wrapping up this past Sunday (and leaving us with a cliff-hanger until October), we’ve got Fear The Walking Dead Season 2 starting up on Sunday, April 10. If you’re unfamiliar with FTWD, the series is a prequel to TWD in that it starts off at the beginning of the zombie epidemic, and doesn’t seem to include anyone from the original series. Although there’s no Rick Grimes, and the most bad-ass cast member seems to be an old Hispanic barber, FTWD is a decent show in its own right.
AMC will be airing all 6 episodes of Season 1 on Sunday starting at 2PM ET, but for those who aren’t able to sit on their ass in front of the TV for 7 hours straight, you can refresh your memory/find out everything you need to know about FTWD in under 3 and a half minutes here: Read the rest of this entry »
Many famous sports stars have enjoyed success marketing themselves in the world of games. Often, sports players will act as the cover stars for games to promote them. Examples of this are Lionel Messi on the front of the FIFA games, and the EA sports game – Rory McIlroy PGA Tour. The famous ex-basketball star, Shaquille O’Neal, has also offered his name to slot machines and blackjack. With Kobe Bryant about to retire, could he follow the same path as his “frenemy” and former teammate?
What makes branching out to casino games the perfect yet untrodden path for a retired sports star? At the moment the online casino business is booming, with slot machines being one of the most popular games around. The modern slot machine is designed in such a way that makes it ideal to be sponsored by stars, TV shows, or films, as each slot machine has its own theme. The design of the slot machine is very much based around its theme, so the Jurassic World game at 32Red slots uses dinosaur symbols on the reels, and the Incredible Hulk slot at Slot-Mania features cut scenes from the film along with Hulk-themed icons. For the next few weeks, basketball fans will be forced to tune into truTV to catch the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament games not being aired on CBS, TNT, or TBS. Basketball fans are cracking jokes about the network on Twitter, and truTV doesn’t appreciate it. They even replied to one of my tweets:
This isn’t a random occurrence. Whoever is running the @truTV twitter is firing back at any and all smack talkers on the internet: Read the rest of this entry »

Later, shin splints. I had the pleasure of trying out the Shin, Calf and Forearm XT Brace with Hot/Cold Gel Pack from XTBrace.com. Here’s what I thought:
As someone who has dealt with shin splints on and off for the past 16 years, the Shin, Calf and Forearm XT Brace with Hot/Cold Gel Pack from XTBrace.com was a godsend. Had they never reached out to me, I wouldn’t have found the product I had always wanted, but never knew existed. Something that can be worn while working out and used to treat pain afterwards is nothing short of amazing. The XT Brace is constructed well, made of high quality materials, and gets straight A’s across the board.
Highly adjustable, highly comfortable, and highly recommended. Get yours for $35 here.
