David Ortiz isn’t the most composed guy on the Boston Red Sox roster. He dropped an expletive during a national broadcast after the Boston Bombing and faced no fine for it. However, on Saturday night in Baltimore, Ortiz went HAM on the dugout phone.
Ortiz went INSANE after being ejected in the top of the seventh inning by the home plate umpire for arguing balls and strikes.

Ortiz thought he earned his third walk of the game, as the Red Sox led 7-2, but the home plate umpire thought differently. Ortiz struck out and had a few choice words for the ump after the sequence.

Ortiz is liking going to end up with a pretty hefty fine and a call from Selig after this little show. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Ben Cherrington had a few choice words for the DH about him not swinging a bat so violently near Dustin Pedroia, who just signed a nine figure contract extension.
