While there’s no word if they’ve fixed the glitch where linebackers can jump 4 feet off the ground at the line of scrimmage and pick-off passes intended for receivers 30 yards down the field, EA Sports has announced that Tebowing will be included in Madden NFL 13 as a touchdown celebration. South Park fans eagerly await the verdict on the inclusion of Faith Hilling and/or Taylor Swifting.

It’s been a few years since I’ve purchased any Madden game and even longer removed from my college days where defending my “title” against my roommates took priority over going to class. We played so much Madden that I had blisters on my thumbs and a stack of $20′s in my pocket from successful title defenses. Back then we played on PS2 where certain players were unfair and one or two plays seemed to beat any defense (playing as Michael Vick and the play “runningback circles” was outlawed). The game has definitely evolved in all aspects since then and I’m excited to try out this upcoming version.
