As you may have seen Thursday night, Miami Heat star Lebron James went down with cramps after the air conditioning went out late in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. James was put on the bunch for the latter part of the fourth quarter, and the San Antonio Spurs responded by torching the Heat, 110-95.
James is getting a lot of flack from the fans, but it seems that Gatorade’s Twitter account has responded with a few zingers of their own.
After the jump, check out the tweet.
Back in 2003, Gatorade pulled back from trying to sign James to a deal.
LeBron eventually struck a deal with Powerade, a Gatorade competitor.
Apparently, Gatorade hasn’t gotten over it.
