This afternoon Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Alex Cobb, was struck in the head by a line drive off the bat of Kansas City Royals first baseman, Eric Hosmer.
Reports from the Tampa Bay Times say that Cobb is OK and has only suffered a mild concussion.
Per @SunSportsRays data, ball off Hosmer’s bat that hit #Rays Cobb was traveling 102.4 mph.
