Theresa has a target on her back, and in MTV’s The Challenge: Rivals 2, that usually means a quick and/or messy exit…

We open up this week on The Challenge: Rivals 2 with a carry over from last week with Theresa still bitching about not being able to trust anyone, and especially Diem. With Diem “Girl Code went out the window”. Cry me a river Theresa. The reason you never stick around is because you are a crybaby and drama queen.

Wait, no sex to open the show? That’s right, just down to business this week. That’s actually fine with me. Is just means there is a lengthy elimination challenge.
“Frenemies” was the name of tonight’s game. Each team was split up and one member was suspended, you guessed it, 30 ft in the air over the water, while the other was on dry land. Before the players were suspended over the water, they were asked a series of questions to see how well their partner knows them. If their partner answers incorrectly, that’s one strike. Two strikes and they will drop 30 ft down to a watery elimination. The first team with 2 strikes out. For the girls, that means straight to the Jungle. For the guys, the game is for $1,000.

The girls went first and the questions varied from “What is your best body part?”, to “Who needs the most attention on the house?”. Lots of “oh no she didn’t” looks were given and the guys were all giggling like school girls. Since Jasmine doesn’t know that hair is not a body part, her and Theresa were the first girls to get two strikes. Jungle bitches. There was really no surprise to who the winners were. Emily and Paula continue to dominate the challenges for their 5th win out of 6 tries. When asked what Paula’s best body part was, Emily gave the most accurate answer of the whole round. ”Everyone knows two things about Paula: that she’s crazy and she has great boobs.” The best part of the girls challenge is that Jonna kept picking Jemmye for every answer. After the challenge, Jemmye let Jonna have an ear full and this may lead to something down the line. As far as the guys go LeRoy and Ty won the $1,000.
Cooke thinks Cara Maria’s best body part is her arms…no argument here.
Back at the house, Theresa goes hard trying to make sure her and Jasmine don’t get voted into the Jungle. She courts Jordan and starts laying it on thick to him. He agrees not to vote for them, and forms an alliance with the rookies in the house. The may be rookies, but they have proven to be one of the stronger teams in the competition.
At the voting for the Jungle, the guys vote pretty much all over the place. When it comes down to Jordan and Marlon to vote, Jordan decides to turn the tables and stab Theresa in the back. Or as she says “Stabs her in the face”. Jordan and Marlon vote in Theresa and Jasmine. BOOM. Hammer dropped.
Into the Jungle we go for “Catch 22″. A simple but difficult game. There is a volleyball net set up with treadmills on each side. There are 22 balls set up on one side and a barrel on the other. One team member will be running on a treadmill on one side of the net, throwing the balls over to the other partner, also running on a treadmill. As time goes on, the treadmill goes faster and faster. The catcher must then deposit the ball into the barrel. If they happen to fall at any point, SPLASH! Right into a watery hole. Their total then stops, while their opponent keeps going till they run out of balls or fall, trying to beat their score.
Theresa of course talks shit in the pre-Jungle interview because she used to “hoop”. Ok, whatever that means in this challenge…So naturally, Jasmine falls in like 2 minutes and Camilla and Jemmye take round 1, 3 balls to 2. In the 2nd round, they switch who throws and catches. After 1 ball, Theresa chokes on her words and eats the treadmill. SPLASH! 1 ball only. Camilla and Jemmye take the Jungle with ease.
Nice knowing you Theresa and Jasmine. Two drama queens, who plain and simple, do not know how to play this game.
It was nice of MTV to sneak in one kiss by Jordan and Jonna at the 59 min and 30 second mark though. I don’t know what I was going to do with out that.
