Saturday February 1st is LOADED With NCAA Basketball Madness

his weekend isn’t all about the Super Bowl.  Saturday, February 1st is one of the biggest days of the 2013-2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball season featuring 17 different games that include 21 of the Top 25 ranked teams.  If you’re a college basketball fan, this is the perfect day to park yourself in front of the TV and soak it all in.  And if you’re into wagering on NCAA Men’s Basketball games, Hook’s got the inside scoop:

If you’ve been following my NCAA Men’s Basketball articles here on TSB, you’re more than aware of my accurate analyzations and predictions.  Before I put down a wager on a Men’s NCAA Basketball game, I always check SportsBettingDime.com to see where I can get the most bang for my buck.  Here are my expert predictions for this Saturday’s games:

(lines via VegasInsider.com, my pics in bold)

12:00 PM (24) Ohio State at (14) Wisconsin -4.5

1:00 PM (11) Kentucky -2.5 at Missouri

2:00 PM Baylor +10.5 at (8) Oklahoma State

2:00 PM (22) Memphis +2 at Southern Methodist

2:30 PM George Mason +15 at (19) Saint Louis

3:00 PM Evansville +20 at (4) Wichita State

3:00 PM (7) Michigan State -8 vs Georgetown

4:00 PM Texas A&M at (3) Florida -17.5

4:00 PM (6) Kansas -4 at (25) Texas

4:00 PM (9) Villanova at Temple +11.5

4:00 PM (23) Oklahoma +9 at (16) Iowa State

6:00 PM (21) Massachusetts at Saint Joseph’s -1

6:30 PM (17) Duke at (2) Syracuse -4.5

7:00 PM Colorado State +13.5 at (5) San Diego State

7:30 PM (15) Iowa -5 at Illinois

9:00 PM UCF +21 at (12) Louisville

10:30 PM (1) Arizona at California +4.5

There are tons of gut-check games tomorrow, and we could see quite a few upsets.  If you’re as big an NCAA Men’s Basketball fan as I am, you live for days like these.  The day kicks off with a HUGE B1G matchup with two recently struggling teams in Ohio State at Wisconsin.  I’ll have no choice but to go to a bar with multiple TVs for the 4 awesome games at 4:00 PM.  I was hoping to get a glimpse of recently cleared Florida Freshman Chris Walker, but ESPN is reporting he won’t make his season debut until Tuesday vs Mizzou.  The day’s biggest game has to be Duke at Syracuse at 6:30 PM, and a great day of basketball ends with #1 Arizona at California.  Wow.  What a day.

Whether you’re wagering on the games or not, enjoy one of the best pre-March game days college basketball has to offer.
