J Dillashaw defeated Renan Barão by TKO at 2:26 of the fifth round at UFC 173 to win the UFC Bantamweight Title. The loss was Barão’s first loss since 2005. “That was the greatest performance I have ever seen in my life”, Joe Rogan said to Dillashaw in the post fight interview.

Dillashaw landed a thunderous right hand in the first round and nearly ended the fight right there. After a few kicks to the head and more punches throughout the fight, Dillashaw caught Barão with a combination of punches and sent the former champ to the ground.
