Sean and Joe put together predictions for tomorrow night’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Match 1: Big E vs. Rusev
Joe: This will be a hard hitting match between two of the WWE’s most muscular superstars. While Russev is clearly on the rise, Big E will be made to look like a strong competitor here. I don’t think this will be your typical Russev squash. The WWE will try their best to make the audience think Big E can win this one, but this one is fairly obvious.

Winner: Russev by Submission
Sean: I agree with Joe here. Rusev needs to kept being built up until he eventually reaches the high midcard/low main event. As long as Big E comes out waving the American flag loud and proud, I’ll be happy. I caught a bit of Smackdown on Friday and I like how Rusev is now billed in Kilos instead of Pounds.

Winner: Rusev by Submission
Match 2: Summer Rae vs. Layla with Fandango as Special Guest Referee
Joe: Yawn. Look for Summer Rae to pick up the win here and get revenge on Layla for stealing her dance partner. Fandango will somehow be knocked out, cough ADAM ROSE cough, and Summer Rae will get the pin with a different ref at the helm.
Winner: Summer Rae by pinfall
Sean: Joe may say yawn, but I’m definitely looking forward to this divas match more than the match for the divas title. It’s interesting because it’s so out of place for divas to actually have a storyline last more than 2 weeks like this one has. I’m not sure about any interference, but I see Summer Rae picking up the win here.
Winner: Summer Rae by pinfall
Match 3: Rybaxel vs. Stardust and Goldust
Joe: I think the Stardust experiment is too new to kill just yet. Rybaxel will probably control most of the match and end up making some costly error leading to a victory for the Golden Ones. I think we will see Cody vs Goldust at SummerSlam, so look for them to split at Payback next month. The only way that does not happen is if the Stardust character really takes off, if it does, maybe Survivor Series for the battle of the brothers?
Winners: Stardust and Goldust by pinfall
Sean: I think the Stardust character has taken off way more than WWE expected it to, which is a good thing. Cody and Goldust were stale for a while so this storyline is better than the typical tag team breakup. I see Stardust and Goldust staying together for the time being, but never picking up the tag titles. Hopefully I’m wrong and Stardust can keep up the popularity.
Winners: Stardust and Goldust by pinfall
Match 4: WWE Diva’s Title – Paige (c) vs. Naomi
Joe: With Cameron really trying hard to turn heel during commentary on Raw, I am not sure if she will cost Paige the match and help her (ex?) Funkadactyl win the title or will she try to prove she is the better of the two dancers and officially turn on Naomi. I think the latter. This will be very back and forth with both girls showing off their movesets, but as I said, Cameron will cost Naomi the match here. I wish they booked Paige a little stronger, on a side note.
Winner: Paige by pinfall
Sean: I agree with a Cameron heel turn, but a different outcome for the match. Hopefully this helps Naomi drop the dead weight that is Cameron, as Naomi was planned to win the divas title around Wrestlemania time. I wouldn’t mind a clean win for Naomi, but I don’t see that happening. I think Naomi’s about to pick up the win and Cameron interferes and turns, costing Naomi the match.
Winner: Naomi via disqualification
Match 5: Traditional Money in the Bank Match – Bad News Barrett vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Seth Rollins
Joe: Well Bad News Barrett has some bad news. His shoulder is separated and it is not known if he will be in this match at all come Sunday. If he is out, I wonder if they have a sub or just go man down.
Look for Ambrose vs Rollins to dominate the match, with a heavy focus by the commentators to highlight this brewing feud. I can see the two of them brawling all the way to the back, thus making you think they are both out of the match, for one to return and possibly steal the match, but I’ll get to that in a bit.
To me this match comes down to a process of elimination. Kofi and Swagger are just there because they know how to work this type of match. Kofi will have some spot that will make the crowd pop and Swagger will most likely take the bump. Rob Van Dam would really be a waste of a briefcase, so he is out to me. I believe it is either going to be Dolph Ziggler or Seth Rollins. I envision Dolph Ziggler climbing the ladder, the crowd going crazy only to see Seth Rollins out of nowhere come out, knock down Ziggler and steal the briefcase, as he promised HHH on Raw and setting up Rollins vs Ambrose at Battleground.
Winner: Seth Rollins
Sean: My guess is that Barrett is out of the match unfortunately. This really sucks as he was set up to win the Money in the Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania a few years ago and was injured and missed that match. I agree that the main focus of this match will be Ambrose vs. Rollins, as it should be.
Winner: Seth Rollins
Match 6: WWE Tag Team Title – The Usos (c) vs. The Wyatts
Joe: I am really excited to see these four guys go out and put on a show. This will be a combination of hard hitting and high flying, and should really be a treat to see. The Usos have had the titles for a pretty good run here and I think their time has run out. I see the Wyatt Family taking the titles here giving them their first titles. I mean they debuted their own theme song on Raw this past Monday, as if that was not a spoiler alert.
Winners: The Wyatt Family
Sean: I could see this match being the match of the night, as the Money in the Bank matches may be too gimmicky. Both teams have revitalized the tag division and I see the Wyatt’s picking up the win with rematches possibly building up to Summerslam.
Winners: The Wyatt Family by pinfall
Match 7: Ladder Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship – Alberto Del Rio vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Cesaro vs. John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus vs. Kane
Joe: Welp, similarly to the other money in the bank, let’s look at who will NOT win. Alberto Del Rio has a better chance of leaving with the Diva’s Title. Sheamus holding the US Title puts him at a big disadvantage as well. Randy Orton just had a pretty miserable title run not too long ago, so I don’t see them going back down that road again. I am also throwing Kane in the no-chance paragraph here. “The Deamon” will have his moments of strength, but will not walk away with the title.
That leaves Cesaro, Cena, Reigns and Wyatt.
Wyatt- Sorry Charlie, while I think you do have a shot to win here, it’s not going to happen. You’re henchmen will have their moment earlier in the show, but it’s just not the right time for Wyatt. His character has taken a hit after losing to Cena in their feud and it just would not be believable right now.
Reigns- the WWE will want Reigns to come out shining brighter than Gold and Star dust combined. Similarly to Ziggler, I can see Reigns very close to winning the match only to be screwed in some way. My money is on an interference from HHH himself.
Cena- This is just the easy way out for the WWE to give Cena the titles back. You always want to end the PPV on a high note and seeing John Cena standing atop the ladders holding both titles (even in his backyard of Boston) will leave the viewer disgusted. I think Cena has a pretty good shot to win, say 3-1 odds, but I believe the WWE is going to make a bold statement here.
Cesaro- Cesaro will be the next WWE Champion. I believe the King of Swing, the Swiss Superman, and the Paul Heyman Guy himself will take home the belts. This is the perfect time for Cesaro to win also. He has lost some momentum since joining with Heyman, I will not deny that, but the guy is over with the crowd and the WWE has a chance to put Cesaro over and make a new star and not at the cost of John Cena getting pinned. He has had some good showings vs Rob Van Dam and as I said before, this will send the crowd home buzzing and excited to tune into Raw the next night.
Winner: Cesaro
Sean: Joe went into detail so I’ll leave my prediction short, sweet, and to the point. There have been reports of this ending not happening because of a leaked Summerslam poster featuring Brock Lesnar and John Cena but unfortunately,
