Bubba Wallace, a graduate of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity program, captured his first career Coors Light Pole on Saturday at Dover International Speedway with a lap of lap of 23.091 seconds, 155.905 mph. The 18 year old will be behind the wheel of the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota for the OneMain Financial 200. Wallace is no rookie when it comes to the 1-mile oval nicknamed “The Monster Mile”, as he has two poles in the NASCAR K&N Pro East Series. Wallace will start his fourth race in the NASCAR Nationwide Series aside Justin Allgaier.
