After going 12-4 in Week One’s NFL football betting expert lines, I strived for bold choices. Most panned out, four didn’t. Look for a similar trend as I see some upsets happening in the NFL’s second week. Be ready for it. Read up and put your money on me, check some more lines here and see what is the best option as strive for mine

I had the great opportunity to personally get in touch with NFL Running Back for the St. Louis Rams, Daryl Richardson. Not only is Richardson one of the primer young halfbacks in the league, but also a humanitarian who is heavily involved in the community. The Abilene Christian University 2012 7th-round draft pick turned NFL starter is destined for great things–phenomenal talent and karma on his side. D-Rich was kind enough to provide Total Sports Blog with an exclusive interview that discusses his challenges, teammates, and outlook on the 2013 season.

Yeah, I realize the  headline is a mouthful. Blame the person that created the league. He also happens to be the returning champ of the TSB Bragging Rights League, TSB’s very own Hook. You might also notice that someone is missing from this league: Yours truly. Hey, I got personal reasons. Don’t worry, I’ll try to make it happen next year but me not being in it doesn’t make this league any less exciting (I understand that I’m the swaggerest in all of TSB but these guys can bring the fantasy ruckus). With no further ado, let’s do some fantasy football draft analyzing! (Oh god, how sad is this?) Read the rest of this entry »

You smell that, Kiddies?! Fresh cut grass. Leaves beginning to change color. It’s football season, baby! Forget about baseball until October (when Detroit wins the World Series). Forget about the hockey season looming. It’s time for the great, hard-hitting true American tradition. Every week I will be breaking down the matchups and providing insight for the NFL season. You may not agree with every pick, but you should. I know my football.

Believe it or not, the regular season is almost here. So what does this mean to me? It means draft season is under way. With only a few positions left to break down, it’s time to attack the running back position. Due to the depth and quarterback and wide receiver, drafting your running backs is going to be an early round process whether you like it or not. After the jump, I’m going to give you my top 30 running backs for the 2013 season. Read the rest of this entry »

Fantasy Football is an American past time. Well not really, but it’s getting so popular that almost every fan across the country participates in some sort of Fantasy Football league.

While your first and second round picks may end up being your best two players, it is usually the guys you draft in the 9th-16th rounds that separate your team from the rest. Everyone’s top two or three guys are productive, but it’s the manager that can find the best sleepers that usually win.

With that being said, here are the biggest Fantasy Football sleepers for each position.

Saturday, August 24th is National Draft Day at Buffalo Wild Wings.  If you hold your draft at your local B-Dubs bar/restaurant, they’ll hook you up with a free draft board, koozies, brag flag, and $100 in free food* (ten $10 coupons to be used at a later date).  But before you make that reservation, you’re going to need a draft strategy.  That’s why I’m here, to help you draft the best possible fantasy football team in 2013. With the NFL season officially kicking off tonight, fantasy football season is coming up fast. Thanks to big Philly, I’ve already taken part in my first draft of the year. Draft dates are approaching, and approaching very quickly. While I’m sure most fans aren’t as dedicated to preseason football as I am, I’m here to offer you a few tips on what to look for in these “meaningless” games.
