The competition in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series has definitely been great in the first five races of 2012. We’ve watched five different winners, including three first time winners, take the checkered flag. The last time there were five different race winners in the first five races was in 2005.

Will Dover International Speedway provide the series with the sixth different winner or will we see a repeat winner?
Dover International Speedway has also produced 11 different winners in the last 12 races. Previous winners at the “Monster Mile” include Ron Hornaday, Jr., Brian Scott, Scott Speed, Jason Leffler, and Mark Martin.

Last year, Kyle Busch became the first repeat winner, however; he will not be defending his victory. Brian Scott will be driving the No. 18 Toyota for Kyle Busch Motorsports.
Busch held off Cole Whitt, who now drives for JR Motorsports in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, to capture his third Truck Series victory in the first five races. While the race ended under caution as Nelson Piquet, Jr. and Timothy Peters wrecked on the final lap, it was still a great race.
