U.S. Short Track Speedskating Championships

MusclePharm’s pre-workout product is called Assault. Assault comes in several flavors such as fruit punch, raspberry lemonade, blue raspberry, etc. In my own search for my favorite pre-workout, I came across MusclePharm Assault. I have used this product several times and have tried most of their flavors. After trying it, I formed by own opinion about it. When I look for pre-workout I look at 3 things. Effectiveness- how much it helps your workout. Taste- the flavor and how “natural” it tastes. Pretty much how much you enjoy drinking it. Side effects- does it give a head ache or stomach pain? I did my ratings on a scale of 1-5.

A.J. Burnett recently made up his mind that he will return to play in the MLB for the 2014 season. Although the question still remains, who will Burnett pitch for next season? The Philadelphia Phillies have been a team rumored to be interested in the 37-year-old veteran pitcher. Just like in any free agent deal, it is going to take two sides seeing eye to eye to get a deal done. So could Burnett sign with the Phillies?

A winter storm has snarled traffic in the Southeast, including Atlanta, leaving people stranded on the highways, stores, and schools overnight; but at least one lucky citizen was rescued…by former Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones.

Jones became the MVP when he rode to the rescue of an ex-teammate who was stranded.

Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman sent out an SOS on Twitter, and to his surprised had it answered by Jones.

If you watched the Grammy’s or heard anything about early coverage from the day the nominations came out, you know that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were noms in Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song,  and Best Rap Album, to which he took home four wins. Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, Mary Lambert, Madonna (ew), and Queen Latifah made history by pissing quite a few people off and stirring up the hate that has been following this amazing dude since the mainstream get go.
